                        <p>These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of <strong>Review Slider – Product Reviews & Ratings</strong> ("the App") provided by <strong>Elephanta Agency</strong> ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.</p>

                        <h6>1. Use of the App</h6>
                        <p>The App is provided to Shopify merchants to add and display manual product reviews and star ratings using slider and carousel layouts. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Shopify's Partner Program policies.</p>

                        <h6>2. Account & Access</h6>
                        <p>Access to the App is provided through your Shopify account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store and for all activities that occur under your account.</p>

                        <h6>3. Pricing</h6>
                        <p>The App is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice. If paid plans are introduced, billing will be handled through Shopify's billing system, and you will be clearly notified before any charges apply.</p>

                        <h6>4. Reviews & Content</h6>
                        <p>You are solely responsible for the reviews and content you add and display using the App. You warrant that any content you add does not infringe on third-party rights, violate any laws, or contain false or misleading information.</p>
                        <p>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if the App is used to display harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.</p>

                        <h6>5. Intellectual Property</h6>
                        <p>All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, and functionality, are owned by Elephanta Agency. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your Shopify store during your active subscription.</p>

                        <h6>6. Disclaimer of Warranties</h6>
                        <p>The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.</p>

                        <h6>7. Limitation of Liability</h6>
                        <p>To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elephanta Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.</p>

                        <h6>8. Termination</h6>
                        <p>You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.</p>

                        <h6>9. Changes to Terms</h6>
                        <p>We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.</p>
